Supported files#

Attach DOC, DOCX, PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV, MD, TXT and PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP or TIFF images. The limit is 10 files per message and 60 MB per file, as shown in the picker.

How to attach#

1. On the public home page, your workspace home, or project chat, click Attach files or drag files into the field.
2. Check selected files and remove any you do not want.
3. If you are not signed in, continue to create an account or sign in. Files stay in this tab until uploaded; do not close or reload it before continuing.
4. Wait for upload and preparation to finish.
5. Explain how each file should help and send your request. When creating a project, attachments accompany the first request.

Reading limits and privacy#

Large files may be partially read, with a notice in the interface. Scanned or protected PDFs may need a version with selectable text. Files used in a request are sent to AI for processing. Originals are private; images embedded in a project may become accessible by link. Avoid attaching passwords or unnecessary personal data.
