You receive 25 signup credits. Starting at the next renewal, the Free daily balance resets to 5 at 23:59 São Paulo time, without rollover. Daily credits are used first and expire at the next renewal; refunds respect that expiry. Signup, referral and purchased credits stay in a separate saved balance, untouched by daily renewal. Referral benefits remain. Suspended accounts or accounts with outstanding offsets do not receive daily credits.
How credits are used#
Current defaults provide 25 welcome credits. Chat, planning and small edits cost 1 credit; pages, sections and intermediate features cost 2; full projects and major changes cost 3. The estimate appears before sending and is verified by the server. No extra credits are charged afterward. Failed requests refund the amount charged. Uploading files, manual code edits and restoring versions are not generation requests.
Balance and refunds#
Open Credits to see your balance and transactions. Charged creation failures receive a refund according to the status shown in chat. Viewing projects and analytics, changing themes and downloading files are not AI requests. If your balance looks wrong, check transactions before repeating a request.
Purchase availability#
Credit purchases are available through secure Stripe Checkout. See current prices and packs on the Credits page. Purchases are one-time, without automatic renewal. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Do not make payments through third-party links claiming to represent Vellun; use the official flow shown in your account.
