Publish and share

Publish for the first time#

1. Open the project and check its preview.
2. Review content, links, forms and mobile layout.
3. Click Publish.
4. Open the public address and test again.
5. Share the link or use the QR code in the publishing dialog.

Draft and public version#

Publishing saves a public snapshot. New chat edits change the draft but do not automatically replace what visitors see. Publish again after approving the changes. Restoring a version also requires publishing again to update the public site.

Before promoting#

Test the link in another window without relying on your editing session. Verify that forms use a working collection or integration; a form appearance does not guarantee data submission. To take the site offline, use the project unpublish option.
