Know what to check when something does not work as expected.
Creation running or failed#
Follow stages and status in chat. An ongoing request does not need to be sent again. If it fails, read the message, check the credit refund and try a more specific request. If it persists, note the project, time and error message for support.
Outdated preview or publication#
Check that the change completed and was saved. The public link shows the last published version, not every draft edit. Publish again after approval. An empty thumbnail can mean a project has no content yet. Save pending manual edits before refreshing.
Installation or connection#
If app installation does not appear, open the page in Chrome/Edge outside private browsing, or use Add to Dock in compatible Safari. Reconnect before opening projects if offline. Managed computer policies may prevent installation; Vellun remains accessible in the browser.
